The Bos-Man Boardroom (“Boardroom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a private, invite-only barber business education membership operated at Bos-Man’s Barber College, 2724 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, LA 71108. The Boardroom website is built and maintained by 1865 Free Money LLC.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information— name, email address, phone number, and the membership tier you select when you sign up.
• Payment information— processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe returns a token and the last four digits of the card for our records.
• Communications— messages you send to us by email, phone, or any contact form on this site.
• Usage data— basic, anonymized information about how this website is used (pages visited, approximate location based on IP, device type) collected via our hosting provider and any analytics tooling we deploy.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage your Boardroom membership and payments.
• Send you membership updates, session reminders, and Boardroom-related communications.
• Respond to questions, refund requests, and support inquiries.
• Improve the website, the membership experience, and the in-person sessions.
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we need to operate the Boardroom:

The Boardroom is for licensed barbers and adult business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email.
