The Bos-Man Boardroom is private, invite-only barber business education based in Shreveport, Louisiana. It is not a class. It is not theory. It is a real room where licensed barbers, shop owners, and serious apprentices sit down once a month to talk about money, mindset, pricing, growth, and the parts of running a barbershop nobody teaches in barber school.
It is led by a man who has been in the industry since 1988, built four businesses, and started Bos-Man’s Barber College with two students and a vision. Today, that college is one of the most established barber programs in Northwest Louisiana — and the Boardroom is where its most ambitious graduates and their peers go to keep growing.
