Official Rules

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Bos-Man's Barber College LLC, doing business as Bos-Man's Barber College, 2724 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, LA 71108(the “Sponsor”).

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any cruise line, travel provider, or any social media platform including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Any questions must be directed to the Sponsor, not to those companies.

• Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, owners, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses) and household members, are not eligible.
• Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
• A valid, government-issued photo ID and a deliverable U.S. mailing address are required to claim the prize.
• Entrants must have a valid passport, or be able to obtain one at their own expense, if the prize itinerary requires it.

The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and ends on February 1, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time(the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

Each barber station displays a card bearing an entry code. That code changes weekly. A code may be used one time per entrant. Because the codes rotate, an entrant may submit a new entry during each week of the Entry Period.

(A) Entry at the Shop

Visit Bos-Man's Barber College during the Entry Period, go to bosmanboardroom.com/cruise, and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, telephone number, and the code shown at your barber’s station. You must affirmatively accept these Official Rules to enter. Consent to receive marketing messages is optional and is not required to enter or to win.

(B) Free Alternate Method of Entry — No Purchase Required

To enter without a purchase and without an entry code, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain 3″ × 5″ card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to:

• Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and postmarked during the Entry Period, and received no later than five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends.
• Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) per week per entrant, matching the frequency available through Section 5(A).
• Mail-in entries receive exactly the same chance of winning as entries submitted under Section 5(A).
• Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail.

An entrant may hold no more than one (1) entry per weekly code, and no more than one (1) mail-in entry per week. Because the codes rotate weekly, an entrant may earn a new entry during each week of the Entry Period.

Use of any automated system or script, or the use of multiple email addresses, accounts, or identities by the same person, will void all of that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, to be held on or about February 3, 2027. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

One (1) grand prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) interior stateroom for two (2) travellers aboard the Bos-Man Barber Brand 25th Anniversary Legacy Cruise: the Carnival Jubilee, 6-day Western Caribbean, departing Galveston, Texas — Cozumel, Isla Tropicale, and Roatán, sailing June 20–26, 2027. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,858.00 USD.

The prize accommodates two (2) travellers sharing one stateroom: the winner and one (1) guest of the winner’s choosing. The winner must designate their companion at the time of claim. The prize cannot be split across two staterooms, cannot be divided between two separate winners, and unused capacity has no cash value. The winner and their guest may divide the costs described below between themselves; the Sponsor is not a party to that arrangement.

The prize consists of the cruise fare only. Government taxes, port expenses, and cruise-line fees are not includedand are the sole responsibility of the winner. These are charged separately by the cruise operator and must be paid by the operator’s deadline or the prize is forfeited.

• The prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by the Sponsor.
• All costs and expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to government taxes, port expenses, cruise-line fees, transportation to and from the port of departure, passports and travel documents, gratuities, shore excursions, onboard purchases, meals not included in the fare, insurance, and incidentals.
• Travel is subject to the cruise operator’s terms, conditions, availability, and blackout dates.
• The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• The winner’s travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must execute a liability release prior to travel.

The potential winner will be notified using the email address and telephone number provided at entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Because the sailing departs June 20–26, 2027and the cruise operator’s final payment deadline falls approximately one hundred twenty (120) days beforehand, the winner must complete all booking steps, provide all traveler information, and satisfy any documentation requirements by the deadline the Sponsor communicates at notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize is six hundred dollars ($600) or more, the winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number and will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the ARV of the prize as income.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes, in any medium, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In such an event, the Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the impairment.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or not received for any reason, nor for any technical malfunction of any network, server, or device.

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of the Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.

Information collected through this Promotion is used to administer the Promotion and, where the entrant has separately and affirmatively opted in, to send marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any text message, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting the Sponsor at the address above. For the name of the winner, available after February 3, 2027, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address in Section 1, marked “Winner List Request — 25th Anniversary Cruise Giveaway.” Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the drawing date.
